Four For the Future
The 100’s Four For the Future Program is all about leadership. These initiatives are designed to inspire mentors, mentees, and community leaders, and to cultivate leaders within our global network, equipping them to address critical challenges facing communities worldwide.
Each leader receives valuable feedback from program participants, enabling them to enhance the effectiveness and impact of their efforts. This exchange deepens their understanding of how to guide African American youth in making a positive difference in the world. These leaders engage in civic activities nationwide, transforming communities and leaving them better than before.
Mentoring
Globally, 100 Black Men of America, Inc. is shaping the lives of tomorrow's leaders through our signature programs: Mentoring The 100 Way, Collegiate 100®, and the dedicated efforts of our chapters.
Each program offers tailored mentoring initiatives that reach deserving youth, empower them, and transform their lives. Mentoring provides crucial support and makes a lasting positive impact on our leaders of tomorrow.
100 Black Men of America, Inc. also offers mentoring training through our annual conferences and regional workshops, which are open to the public. Both Collegiate 100® chapters and 100 Black Men chapters play a pivotal role in delivering impactful mentoring programs that inspire and uplift youth each year.
Education
Education is the most powerful tool for transforming the world. Our mission is to collaborate with parents, families, community partners, and schools to equip African American youth with the skills to create a brighter future. Partnerships with the community and institutions of higher learning unlock pathways for our youth to refine their abilities and expand their opportunities.
The 100 is committed to educating African American youth. We believe that all young people, regardless of race or socioeconomic background, deserve access to quality education. Our approach combines engaging, personalized instruction with a focus on preparing students for school and life, fostering creativity and confidence. More than just tutors, we serve as mentors and motivators, empowering children to become their best selves and shaping a better tomorrow.
Health & Wellness
We collaborate with corporations, nonprofits, and community organizations to advance preventative health strategies and educate on diseases that disproportionately affect African Americans. Through our Health and Wellness initiatives, the 100 builds strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations to amplify awareness and deliver impactful health education, aiming to reduce the prevalence of chronic conditions and illnesses in the African American community.
Economic Empowerment
We empower our mentees and members to take charge of their futures by envisioning their dreams, pursuing them with purpose, and creating pathways to sustain generational wealth. Through comprehensive curricula and targeted training, we are committed to promoting economic self-sufficiency and breaking the cycle of generational debt.
The 100 aims to build a legacy of wealth creation, fostering debt-free living for the youth and communities we serve. Our economic empowerment programs focus on financial literacy, career development, financial planning, investment management, and fiscal responsibility, starting at an early age. By introducing youth and collegiate students to the principles of entrepreneurship, we provide them with transferable skills and strategies to build a solid foundation for future business development and wealth generation.
Leadership Institute
Members of the 100 receive a variety of mentoring and leadership development opportunities. We want our members to be prepared to actively serve and elevate the communities that they are a part of.
For members who want more comprehensive training, we offer our Leadership Institute, a transformative experience. The curriculum includes governance, strategic planning, leadership coaching, mentoring, and practical applications. Participants are well prepared to lead their chapters, take on national and global leadership roles, and are highly sought after to serve on nonprofit and corporate boards.
